Our courier delivers Monday through Friday, between 8 AM and 6 PM, except for generally observed public holidays.

Where does Foot Locker Europe deliver?
Our courier UPS will come to your home or work address in the Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain and United Kingdom*. Please note UPS does not deliver to PO boxes.

*Unfortunately we cannot ship to any overseas departments and territories of the above mentioned countries, the Channel Islands, Gibraltar, the Isle of Man, the Isle of White, Andorra, Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands, Campione d'Italia, Città del Vaticano, Livigno, San Marino, Büsingen am Hochrhein, Helgoland.

UPS delivers between 8 AM and 6 PM on business days. All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt. Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging for damage. If it appears that the products are damaged, please do not accept the shipment.

What happens if I am not at home when my order is delivered?
UPS will make up to 2 attempts to deliver your order to the address you indicated. If the delivery is not possible, the driver will leave an Information Notice in the mailbox. After 2 delivery attempts, UPS will store your order, at no additional costs, for a maximum of 5 business days at their facility. If you have not collected your order before the end of the end of the 5th business day, it will be returned to Foot Locker for a refund.

How can I track my order?
You will be able to check the status of your order in three ways:

  • Online on Foot Locker Europe: log-in, go to "My Account" and see to the "Orders" section to check your order details and shipping status.
  • Through the Shipping Confirmation e-mail: click on the track and trace number that you find in the Shipping Confirmation e-mail.
  • Online on UPS: go to the track and trace section of and fill in your track and trace number, which you find in the Shipping Confirmation email.

My delivery is late!
We try our very best to inform our customers of any potential delay. Occasionally, delays can happen, which are often beyond our control. We work hard with our courier to deliver within the times quoted, but we cannot guarantee timely delivery.
