Do I need to have an account to order online?
Yes, you need an account to be able to conclude an order on Foot Locker Europe. However you may do your shopping freely and then create your account upon checkout, saving the information you have already entered for your order and not having to type it again.

How do I create an account?
You can create an account upon checkout, or beforehand by clicking on the "Log-in" link in the upper right corner of your screen. By creating a profile, you can enjoy many benefits:

  • Save multiple shipping addresses for fast checkout
  • Check your order status and manage cancellations, exchanges and returns

I forgot my password!
From the Log-in page, click on the "Forgot Your Password" link. Fill in the e-mail address you used for the registration, and we will send you the instructions to change your password.

How do I edit my profile?
Once you have logged in, you will be able to change any of your data by clicking on the "Edit" link in your profile page.

Can I check the status of my order?
Sure you can! Once you have logged in, click on the "Order status" link in the top right corner of your screen and you will be taken to an overview of your order where you will also be able to track and trace its itinerary.

Why have items disappeared from my Wish List?
Our stock is constantly changing and so is the availability of items. For this reason, the Wish List will hold your items for 30 days. After this period, if they are still available, you may save them again.

How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?
Easy: just log-in to your account and select the "opt out" button.

Why isn't my browser working with your site?
