How can I pay?
Foot Locker Europe accepts different types of payment:
- Credit and Debit Cards
We accept all major credit and debit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, and Delta.
Once you have confirmed your order, you will be redirected to the PayPal login page to complete the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can sign up at the PayPal login page before completing your order.
- Cash on Delivery (Netherlands only)
Allows you to pay in cash to the courier upon delivery. In case of return, you will be refunded by bank transfer, and you will have to provide a valid bank account from the same country where the order was shipped. This payment option is currently only offered in the Dutch market.
- iDEAL (Netherlands only)
On Foot Locker Europe you can shop with iDEAL, the safe online payment method developed by the Dutch banking community. iDEAL allows online payments to be made using online banking.
- Sofort (Germany only)
Sofort Banking is an international direct wire transfer system. With Sofort you do not have to transfer money to a virtual account and you do not need a credit card: you just enter your bank account details and your payment will be immediately processed.
- Wire transfer (Germany only)
You can choose to issue a wire transfer from your bank account to ours: your order will be processed as soon as we receive your payment. Please note that if we do not receive the payment within 5 days from the order date, the order will be automatically cancelled.
At Foot Locker Europe you can shop safely: your order is always going to be processed through a secure server. You can tell by the security symbol at the bottom of your browser, as well as the "https" web address. When you pay by credit card, you will also always be asked to enter your CVV code at checkout, for extra protection - this can be found either on the front or back of your card (see image). For our mutual security, Foot Locker Europe reserves the right to hold credit card orders for verification.
