Order Process

Placing an Order Online:
Placing an order at www.footlocker.eu is secure and easy to do. Simply shop for the product you are looking for, select the product(s) you wish to purchase, then proceed to check-out just like you do at one of our Foot Locker stores without leaving the comfort of your home!

Step 1: Select country and language
Before your start shopping, please be aware that you have selected the correct country for shipping. The shipping address dictates which country should be selected. At this moment Footlocker.eu only ships to United Kingdom, Germany, France, Belgium and Luxemburg. However, you are able to have a billing address in any country, as long as the shipping address is within the countries specified above. Please be aware that the selected language does not have any influence on the ordering process!

Example 1:
You are in France and would like to send a couple of shoes to a friend in the United Kingdom. You will have to select the country you ship to. Therefore in this case you will have to select United Kingdom as country. You can specify your billing address in the country of your preference, but your shipping address has to be in the United Kingdom.

Example 2:
You are in Italy and would like to send a couple of shoes to family in Germany. You will have to select the country you ship to. Therefore in this case you will have to select Germany as country. You can specify your billing address in Italy (or any other country), but your shipping address has to be in Germany.

Step 2: Shop for your products
Select the products you wish to purchase from our complete collection of shoes, clothing, and accessories. To assist you in locating the product(s) you wish to purchase, we have organized the site by gender: Men's, Women's and Kids and further broken down into shoes, clothing and accessories. In addition, you can search by category, brand, gender, size and price. Alternatively, if you already know what you are looking for by model name or brand, you can simply enter the description/name in the "Search" field at the top right corner of the site, and you will be directed to the appropriate page with products.

Step 3: Select your products and add them to your shopping bag
Once you have located the item(s) you wish to purchase, simply use the "add to shopping bag" button and your item(s) will be placed in your shopping bag. At this time, you will also be prompted to select your size and quantity, if necessary. The site gives you the ability to add/remove items from your shopping bag prior to check-out. You may continue to shop or proceed with your check-out at anytime during the process.
During the shopping process, you may return to the shopping bag by clicking on the basket link at the top right corner of the page.

Step 4: Order your products from your shopping bag
When you are finished shopping, simply select the "check-out" button on the shopping bag page, and you will be directed to complete the check-out process.

First time shopping with us:
If this is the first time shopping with us, you will be asked to fill in your billing address (and shipping address if this differs from your billing address), select the shipping method, select and fill in your payment type and details for our secure payment gateway. The last step is to create an account. Once done you can submit your order! Please keep be aware that the details supplied by you are strictly confidential and will not be sold or released to anyone outside of Foot Locker, Inc.

Existing customer:
If you have shopped with us before, and have already created your account with us, you can log-in or stay logged-in with your account information and your previously entered details will be retrieved. Please remember, you have the ability to update the shipping addresses in case you want to send a Foot Locker product to someone other than yourself.

Once you have completed the check-out process in its entirety, an e-mail will be sent to you with an order confirmation.

Step 5: Confirmation e-mails
As indicated above, you will receive a confirmation e-mail once you have submitted your order and the order information supplied by you is validated. Once your order has been picked, packed and shipped from our fulfillment center, you will receive another e-mail with your shipping details and a track and trace number.

For your information…..your wish list:
Additionally, you may move items from your shopping bag and place them in your "wish list" which will save these items for purchase at a later date. These items will remain in your "wish list" until you decide to purchase or to remove them from the list.
