Order Status


After you have placed your online order at Foot Locker Europe, this will go through 3 steps:

  • Order Confirmed
    After the payment is complete and your order is registered in our system, you will receive an Order Confirmation e-mail with full order details.

  • Order Shipped
    Once your order has been shipped from our fulfillment center, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation e-mail with your track and trace number: just click on it to see where your package is. You will also be able to track and trace your order from your account page: log-in to your account and go to the "Orders" section to check your order details and shipping status.

  • Order Delivered
    Your order will usually be delivered within the estimated period for your selected shipping method. See our Shipping Information for further details.

What do I do if I cannot trace my order?
If you have not received your Shipping Confirmation e-mail within the standard timeframes, we suggest that you check your e-mail junk folder first. If the e-mail is not there, please contact our Customer Service team providing your name and order number and we will be happy to help! If you have received the e-mail shipping notification, but the link does not show the track and trace information of your shipment, please contact UPS based on your country of residence.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, Foot Locker Europe respects your right to change your mind. How you do it depends on the status of your order.

  • Before the shipment
    You may cancel any order free of charge and without any explanation, provided that it has not yet been shipped.
    If you wish to cancel your order, please check the status of your order first by viewing your order status on the website or by contacting our Customer Service. If the status of your order is "Pending" or "On Hold", you may cancel your order without cost by clicking on the button "Cancel".

  • After the shipment
    After the shipment, you are still entitled to cancel your order according to your statutory right of withdrawal and our Foot Locker return policy. Please see our Returns & Exchanges and Right of Withdrawal FAQ for more details.
