Order Status


After you have placed your online order at Foot Locker Europe, this will go through 3 steps:

  • Order Confirmed
    After the payment is complete and your order is registered in our system, you will receive an Order Confirmation e-mail with full order details.

  • Order Shipped
    Once your order has been shipped from our fulfillment center, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation e-mail with your track and trace number: just click on it to see where your package is. You will also be able to track and trace your order from your account page: log-in to your account and go to the "Orders" section to check your order details and shipping status.

  • Order Delivered
    Your order will be delivered within the timeframe indicated for the selected shipping method. See our Shipping Information for further details.

What do I do if I cannot trace my order?
If you have not received your Shipping Confirmation e-mail within the standard timeframes, we suggest that you check your e-mail junk folder first. If the e-mail is not there, please contact our Customer Service team providing your name and order number and we will be happy to help! If you have received the e-mail shipping notification, but the link does not show the track and trace information of your shipment, please contact UPS based on your country of residence.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, Foot Locker Europe respects your right to change your mind. How you do it depends on the status of your order.

  • Before the shipment
    You may cancel any order free of charge and without any explanation, provided that it has not yet been shipped.
    To submit an order cancellation request, please check its status in the "Orders" section of the website. If the status of your order is "Pending" or "On Hold", please contact our Customer Service to check whether such cancellation is still possible. If possible, you will be instructed to go online and complete the cancellation form or fax/email a written cancellation request.

  • After the shipment, before the delivery
    If the cancellation is not possible, your order will be shipped to you, but you can refuse them upon delivery. The products will then be returned to Foot Locker Europe and we will refund the purchase price of the order.

  • After the delivery
    After the delivery, you are still entitled to cancel your order within 7 working days. Please send our Customer Service team a written cancellation request and complete the online cancellation form. You can cancel your order fully or in part. Please clearly specify which order and item(s) you wish to cancel. The cancelled items should be unused, undamaged, complete and in their original packaging. They should be returned to Foot Locker within 10 days following the cancellation, using the enclosed UPS return label. We will refund the purchase price for the cancelled item, as well as the initial shipment charge. However, you will be charged with the cost of the return shipment. Since the cost for the return shipment is equal to the cost for shipping you the goods, we will not refund the shipping charge you originally paid.
