Where in Europe does Foot Locker deliver?
Footlocker.eu will deliver your order to your home or work address in the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Belgium and Luxemburg. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of White or any other countries outside the above at this time. However, check back soon. Our internet business is growing, and we will be expanding our shipping coverage in Europe to satisfy our customers.
UPS Shipping:
Foot Locker will deliver your order via UPS parcel delivery service.
UPS Delivery:
UPS delivers between 8 AM and 6 PM on business days. Our business days are Monday through Friday, except for generally observed public holidays. Unfortunately UPS does not deliver to PO boxes. All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt. Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging for damage. If it appears that the products are damaged, please do not accept the shipment. If you find that there is a problem with your order/product after receipt of the order/product, please refer to the Returns/Exchange. Once delivery is completed, you bear the risk for the items. We will try our upmost to deliver your products, but we reserve the right to cancel your order in the event that no one is available to sign for your shipment.
What happens if I'm not at home when my delivery comes?
UPS will try three times to deliver your order to the address indicated by you. In case UPS cannot deliver at the indicated address, the driver will leave an Information Notice in the mailbox. After three delivery attempts, UPS will keep your package for a maximum of 1 business day. After 1 business day, UPS will return your package back to Foot Locker. If you wish to change the delivery details, please follow the procedure explained on the Information Notice. If you do not have an Information Notice, please contact our customer service helpdesk. Shipping Methods:
The delivery options available for each product are shown on our website when you place your order. We offer standard shipping and express shipping. If you place an order in excess of £60 / €85, you will receive free standard shipping.

Email with Shipment Notification
You will receive a shipment notification email from Footlocker.eu when your products have shipped from our fulfillment center. This shipment notification will hold the UPS track and trace number of your order. From the email you can link to the UPS track and trace site.

How can I track my order?
1. Online Footlocker: To check the status of your order, go to "my account" function on the top right of any web page. Now please select "Orders" to see an overview of your orders. Select your order and click the link of the track and trace number.
2. Online UPS: go to the track and trace part of the UPS website and fill in your track and trace number, which was supplied by Foot Locker.

My delivery is late
We try our very best to inform our customers of any potential delay. Occasionally, delays can happen, which are often beyond our control. We use our reasonable endeavors to deliver within the times quoted, but we cannot guarantee timely delivery.
