E-mail Shipping Confirmation
Once your orderS has been picked, packed and shipped from our fulfillment center, you will receive a confirmation e-mail informing the fact that your order has been shipped. This e-mail will included a track and trace number. When clicking this track and trace number you will be linked to the UPS site, where you will find the track and trace information of your shipment.
Online Track and Trace of Shipment
You will also be able to track and trace your order from your account page. In order to do so, please log-in on footlocker.eu and click on "my account" on top of the page. You will now be in your account area. To find more information on your order, please click on the "Orders" button, which will lead you to an overview of your orders. On your order overview you can see the status of your order and if available a link for track and trace. When clicking this track and trace number you will be linked to the UPS site, where you will find the track and trace information of your shipment.
No Track and Trace Number?
If you have chosen to have your order shipped with the standard shipping method, you should receive the e-mail confirmation on shipping within 5 business days* after the confirmation of your order. For the express shipping method, this will be within 2 business days*. If you have not received the e-mail shipping notification within this timeframe and cannot track and trace your order online, please contact our customer service helpdesk based on your preferred way of communication and country of residence. I have a Track and Trace Number, but cannot find my shipment?
If you have received the e-mail shipping notification and/or have a track and trace link in your online order overview, but the link does not show the track and trace information of your shipment, please contact UPS based on your country of residence.
