How do I take my name off your mailing list (unsubscribe?)
Removing your name from our mailing list is easy. Simply go to our website at www.footlocker.eu, log in using the log in information you created to access your profile, and select the "opt out" button.
Why isn't my browser working with your site?
Ordering from our site requires the use of an SSL-compliant browser. We recommend using Netscape 3.02 or later, or Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.02 or later. For AOL users either the 3.0 or 4.0 AOL client for PCs or the 4.0 AOL clients for Macs is recommended.
How do I create an account?
In the top right hand of your screen, click on "Log In". By creating a profile, you can establish multiple "ship to" addresses which can be used when ordering product for family and friends! Creating your profile makes it even easier to purchase online as your information is already available and ready to use during the order process.
Do I need to have an account to order online?
You may shop on the site and add items to your shopping bag. Upon check out, if you haven't created a profile, you will be prompted to create one to establish your shipping and billing information, etc. Once the profile has been established, you can sign in to the site upon check-out, and all previous information will be utilized.
I forgot my login/password
Click on "LOG IN". Then click on the link "Forgot Your Password". Fill in a valid email address, and we will send you via email your login information.
How do I edit my profile?
Once you have logged in, you will see on the top-right of your screen the option link to edit your profile. Click on edit and change any of your personal data.
How can I see my current/previous orders?
Once you have logged in, you will see on the top-right of your screen the option link "order history" and you will be taken to a overview of your current and past orders.
How can I view my saved items?
Once you have logged in, click on "My Account". That will link you to a menu, where you can select "Wish List". In there you can see all the products that you previously saved.
Can I check the status of my online order?
Once you have logged in, click on "order status" in the top right of your screen and you will be taken to an overview of your order status.
My saved items have disappeared?
The system saves your items for 30 days following the day you placed the order.
How does the shopping bag work?
First, select the products you want from our complete collection of branded athletic footwear, apparel and accessories. To help you find the right product, we've categorized all our goods into Men's, Women's and Kids footwear and given you the option to focus your search. Using our Search bar you can even search by size, brand, gender, category and price range. Alternatively, if you already know what you're looking for you, simply enter the description (e.g. NIKE SHOX BLACK) in the Keyword Search at the top of the page and, if available, you will be directed to the appropriate page.
Once you've selected the items you want, use the 'add to bag' button and your item will be saved. You will also be prompted to pick the required size and color if necessary. You can return to the shopping bag at any time during your shopping process by clicking on the shopping bag link at the top of the page. To make shopping easy, we have created a list of products displayed under the heading "You may also like", that compliment what you have already placed in your shopping bag.
When you are finished shopping, click the "check out" button and you will be directed to the check out screen. If the size you want isn't there, unfortunately, this means it is currently out of stock. Check back soon as our stock and product offerings change daily.
When you've finished choosing your goods, click on the 'checkout' link at the top of your screen. If this is your first time ordering from footlocker.eu, click on the 'new customer' link and you will be taken to the secure checkout details screen. Enter the required fields and then proceed to payment by clicking on the button at the bottom of the page. Once your details have been registered, there will be no need to re-enter them next time you shop at footlocker.eu. Enter your credit/debit card details and proceed to the order confirmation screen.
You are now able to make a purchase at footlocker.eu. Once you have returned to the confirmation screen, you can review all the details of your order. When finished, click on 'place order'.
How do I search for a specific item?
Use our search bar in the top right of the screen. If you already know what you're looking for enter the description (e.g. NIKE SHOX BLACK) in the Product Search at the top of the page. If available, you will be directed to the appropriate page.
I can't find the shoe I want:
If the particular item you are looking to purchase is not on our site, unfortunately we do not have it in stock. However, check back. Our selection changes daily.
Do you have everything in the on-line catalogue in stock?
All products you see in our on-line catalogue are in stock. Sometimes we will run out of a particular size, but our on-line store will not allow you to order a size or item that is not available.
In the unlikely event we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you immediately via email and you will be reimbursed accordingly.
Can I order something which I have seen in store but not the website?
At this time you can only order products available from our website.
My form of payment is not accepted. Why the website does not allow me to process the order saying that there is a problem with processing the cc.

All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt, when you opted for Cash on Delivery (COD) you have to pay the amount due to the chauffeur. (Please note that the Cash On Delivery service is offered only in the Dutch market)

For your protection, we require an additional set of numbers known as a Verification Code. This is an extra safeguard for credit card purchases. Depending on the credit card type, it is the 3- or 4- digit number printed on the back or the front of your credit card.
To find your Verification Code, locate your card among those examples below.
The verification code is the 3-digit number found on the back of your credit card near the signature panel.
The verification code is the 4-digit number found on the far right on the front of your credit card.
Why the website does not allow me to process the order saying that there is a problem with processing the cc.
It could be that there is a temporary problem with our website. In which case we advise you to try again later as the problem will probably be resolved very quickly.
If you are still having the same problems after this then we advise you to try to place the order with a different credit card or try from a different computer.
I placed the order; I have been charged and received a no stock notification email. Why?
Due to high turnover it happens that stock levels can rapidly deplete between acceptance of an order and the time that it is passed for fulfillment. In case of out of stock, a refund will be generated back to your bank account. It usually takes between 3-10 working days for the refund to reach your account. The speed of refund depends solely on your card issuer.
